Description
The Spotlight main Home Page shows no connections or activity and indicates no last backup. -
Resolution
STATUS: Waiting for fix in a future release of Spotlight on DB2.
WORKAROUND: This KB article contains two patch files which can only be applied to Spotlight on DB2 6.9.3. Make sure you are on 6.9.3 before you apply the patch.
Spotlight.exeConnDB2.dllWith Spolight DB2 closed, Go to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Quest Software\Spotlight on IBM DB2 LUW\Console\" or where ever the install path is for your Spotlight. Move the original Spolight.exe to your desk top as back up. Then paste in the two files attached in this KB.Please note that ConnDB2.dll is a new file that addresses some DB2 client problem. ConnDB2.dll must work with the same Spotlight.exe atached in this KB.Note: You might have to delete any connection with this issue and recreate it. -
