Is it possible to run a powershell script to determine that the installation and running of the DS app (not the DS Service) is working correctly, on the machine it is installed on?
Resolution

Unfortunately there isn't such a script available to check the Diagnostic Server (DS) Application.
By using the DS service and configuring an alarm action to send an email, you can confirm that the installation and the DS app are working properly.

The following alarm can help - "Diagnostic Server - Spotlight Cloud data transfer"
