User cannot sign in to join the Cloud organization. Error: "The email resend link is malformed" as sign in. -
Description
The Spotlight Cloud organization owner has invited user to join the organization. User receives the invite email and clicks the Join Now button. The option takes user to the Spotlight Cloud sign up page. User cannot sign up since his account already exists on the site. When he tries to sign into the site, he receives the error "The email resend link is malformed"

Resolution
WORKAROUND:
1. Go to Spotlightcloud.io or Quest.com site
2. Sign in using your account without joining the organization. If you're not aware of your password, use the reset option to reset it.
3. Once you're able to sign in to the one of these site successfully, then click the Join Now button on the organization invite email.STATUS:
Issue has been fixed in the latest version of Spotlight Cloud. -
