Setting QSA OS Platform Linux to Linux64
VALIDATING
Oracle version 11.2.0.3.0
Linux64 (x86) version 2.6
QSA_PLATFORM: Linux64-2.6-x86-Ora11
QSA-20367 Can only upgrade or uninstall as installing Oracle user
Use the QSA installation compressed tar file “Linux64-2.6-x86-Ora11.tar.Z”
Then:
delete quest_com_products where product_id=61;
commit;
Then re-install QSA using Linux64-2.6-x86-Ora11.tar.Z.
Note: there is a patch release for QSA 7.8.0, it is QSA 7.8.1.
If using SpaceManager 7.9.x there you should be using QSA 7.9.1.
