Is it necessary to install Quest Server Agent (QSA)?
QSA does more than scheduling. The Quest Server Agent (QSA) needs to be running on the database server to manage the reorg and job scheduling. QSA also has it's own database objects which should be installed in the same schema as the Space Manager. QSA will keep the tables in sync until the user wishes to switch. It is absolutely necessary to install QSA if you want to run Space Manager with LiveReorg.
