Cause
Tables with security policies enabled are not supported in live reorg method and online redefinition in version prior to Space Manager 6.8

Resolution
WORKAROUND 1:
In version prior to 6.8, reorg this type of table with standard reorg method.
WORKAROUND 2:
Upgrade to Space Manager 6.8 or higher, to use other live reorg methods.
