QSA-20316 Can't start daemon: ORA-01019: unable to allocate memory error when upgraded db to 11.
Description

We recently upgraded our oracle database to 11.2.0.2 from 10.2.0.4. After that when we try to start QSA on the db host server we get the following error:
Failed QSA-20316 Can't start daemon: ORA-01019: unable to allocate memory in the user side
Cause

Oracle 11.2.0.2 requires different version QSA than Oracle 10.2.0.4.
Resolution

Install the correct version of QSA. File can be found on the support website.
