Error received while installing Quest Server Agent from GUI:
"Access Violation at address 031BF5B8 in module 'qsainst.dll' read of address 00000040"
Install Quest Server agent manually:
The QSA patch can be downloaded from SupportLink at http://support.quest.com/support_download/Downloads.asp.
1. Login to SupportLink.
2. Select the following from the menus provided:
Product: Space Manager with Live Reorg
Version: <Appropriate version>
Platform: <Database Server OS>
3. Download appropriate *.tar.z file according to Database version and OS platform.
4. FTP the download to the Database server in binary mode.
5. Uncompress and Untar the file.
6. Run Install.sh (as Oracle or Root).
NOTE: QSA's installing Oracle user needs to be the same as Space manager's Installing Oracle user.
