When viewing a tablespace Reorg history from Reports | Reorganization Reports | Reorganization History Report, the following error message appears:
The type initializer for 'ReorgHistoryReport.Utilities' threw an exception

The date format in Windows Regional Settings is using a separator other than a slash (/)
Resolution 1:
1. Download attached ReorgHistoryReport.dll
2. Rename or move the current copy of ReorgHistoryReport.dll
3. Then put the new version in the Space Manager application directory (usually "C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Space Manager 6.6\")

Change the Regional Settings so that a slash (/) separates the month, day and year. In Windows Control Panel | Regional and Language Options | Regional Options, Click Customize | Date tab | Date Separator
