SP2-0641: "EXECUTE" requires connection to server
Description

Running a reorg SQL script from SQLPlus shows the following error in the log:
SQL> EXECUTE QUEST_EXEC.ALWAYS_RUN_BEGIN;
SP2-0640: Not connected
SP2-0641: "EXECUTE" requires connection to server
Resolution

Issue a connect command to the database prior to executing the SQL script.
