What is "safety cushion" under Predicted Reorganization Benefit Report (PBR)?
Safety cushion is adding a specific percentage to the calculated storage in the report. If you run a PBR report using 10% and 90% on some fairly large tables, you will notice the difference in the "Allocation After" column. A higher safety cushion generates a higher "Allocation After" value. But for small tables, this does not really affect it much.
