Error accessing the OLE registry occurs when attempting to install Space Manager.
Based on the install log, there was an error copying qpspc.dll, which is the Space Manager plugin dll. Possibly because of write permission, or because it was previously installed and it was in use.
1. Reboot the system
2. Uninstall and reinstall Space Manager
