Correct 'trimall' usage to clear datafiles

Cause
The notes from the admin guide for 'trimall' command do not work.
The 'trimall' command cannot be run when the queues are initialized. -
Resolution
- sp_cop must be shutdown
- do not issue qview commands qsetup or qinit prior to running trimall
- qview will exit upon completing the trimall command
Here an example:
# qview -i
qview > trimall
