For workaround, please follow below procedure as root user.
1. $ cd /tmp
2. $ mkdir spo
3. $ cd spo
4. $ <SharePlex tpm location>/SharePlex-9.2.1-b39-rhel-amd64-m64.tpm --extract
5. Edit meta-info/prodinfo file and remove the line root-query-oracle-dba
6. While in the root of the extraction folder (/tmp/spo) run: ./tools/bin/ruby tools/bin/tpm --install
$ cd /tmp/spo
$ ./tools/bin/ruby tools/bin/tpm --install
