E+ora_setup: 12035 - OCISessionBegin due to system user not having sysdba privileges. Connecting as non-sysdba.
Description

The following error messages are observed in event log:
Notice 2016-05-27 10:07:46.010902 2313 638166880 OID E+ora_setup: 12035 - OCISessionBegin due to system user not having sysdba privileges. Connecting as non-sysdba. [ora_setup] [module osp]
Cause

The system user lacks sysdba privileges.
Resolution

Carry out the following steps while re-running ora_setup:
1. Grant SYSDBA privileges to the SYSTEM user.
2. Re-run ora_setup
Additional Information

The problem also creeps in when ora_setup is run and it ends with the message indicating that ora_setup is run successfully but no attention is paid to any errors pertaining to privileges which are received during the running of ora_setup. Check if you see any errors when running ora_setup and don't rely on the final message that ora_setup is run successfully.
