The ora_cleansp did not remove contents of rim directory or its subdirectories when they were pointing to another location via soft link. Consequently the Shareplex processes and the associated queues still existed.
Carry out the following steps:
1. Shutdown Shareplex
2. Remove the soft link from the variable directory or its subdirectory (pointing to another location)
3. Run ora_cleansp again
