Resolution
Issue the command “show scn” on target sp_ctrl to get the info on the last SCN applied by the Post process as shown in the sample output:
sp_ctrl (alvsupu07:5438)> show scn
Post processes replicating from o.sourceSID
Queue alvsupu07, SCN of the last transaction applied: 1204907145
Target o.targetSID is consistent with source o.sourceSID at SCN 1204907145

Additional Information
As it is self-evident, the SCN being referred to is from source database. If there are numerous small transactions, then this SCN will keep changing if the command “show scn” is issued frequently. The information is useful for resync of target database if needed, among others.
