Capture failed to start on Production system -
Description
After restart, capture process was not coming up; however, the event_log shows that it was started, but there were no processes displayed when when issuing a status in sp_ctrl command.

Cause
The statusdb file did not contain the config file for activation.

Resolution
Find and restore the correct statusdb file that contains the activated config. Below is an example of the line in the statusdb file that is pertaining to the active config:
72|16|12|1|IN|0|1123045982|CTI_R3D1_config|o.SECP1|CTI_R3D1_config||8|0|0
Note that the line above has:
- IN for internal information.
- o.<sid> for the sid.
- The name of the config file twice, before and after the o.<sid>.
