After network outage, export and import are not exporting or importing. Both can be started by bouncing both, but this is not acceptable as this may happen over the weekend.
Network outage.
Make the following change:
sp_ctrl> stop export
sp_ctrl> set param SP_XPT_TIMEOUT 1
sp_ctrl> start export
