Post queues seemed to be failing with this error and backlog goes back up again. It happens consistently and posts is stuck in a loop
Post fails as it does not have sufficient files to open.
HP max limits must be increased with nfiles (Example:-max files from 2048 to 4196 in the kernel parameters) to ensure number of files required are available. This may require a reboot of the HP box
