You see * .ddl-144-0-335907-418682316.lck files in the VARDIR/state directory on the target machine.

Cause
These are ddl lck files generated for internal post processing for the post process.

Resolution
If the files are more than a week old, they can be removed via OS commands once Shareplex is shutdown.
