Resolution
To request a trial key please call your Shareplex Sales Representative.
For a permanent key, please contact Licensing here: https://support.quest.com/licensing-assistance with the splex_uname output.
You can download splex_uname from the supportlink. Go to downloads and updates | shareplex for oracle | utilities (under categories) | shareplex version.
After sending the splex_uname output to licensing, you do not still have your license key and need to contact licensing, you can call licensing department at

Shareplex Support is not authorized to issue temporary license keys unless it is a production issue. To acquire Temporary license key please contact your Account Representative.
