After the source server crashed and the database was started with resetlog, the capture is in "Initializing - IO"
Database resetlog. Resetting seqno and offset in shareplex_actid does not fix the problem due to no supplemental logging option available in Oracle8i.
1. Perform an ora_cleansp.
2. Activate config.
3. Resync the databases.
