1) Shutdown SharePlex
2) Run qview> fixque (for 4.0 and under versions) fixup all (for 4.5+ versions)
3) Restart SharePlex
NOTE: the above allows SharePlex to skip till the next good message. There is a possibility of some out of sync's due to the skipped bad messages.
