Cause
SP_SYS_VARDIR was not set for this port.

Resolution
SOLUTION:
1) shutting down cop on this target
2) Exporting SP_SYS_VARDIR to the correct vardir location
3) Starting sp_cop
4) Bouncing export on source
ADDITIONAL INFO:
CT has previously started sp_cop on port 2100, shutdown SharePlex and restarted on right port but did not export SP_SYS_VARDIR
