Error occurs after source failover from one node to another node:
"Warning 11052 - Initializing the route destination bitmap failed...Route destination bitmaps will not be used
Warning: Host IP or active config ID does match current values in RIM"
SP_SYS_HOST_NAME set to physical IP address. When failing over from one node to other node in a cluster, IP address changed.
SP_SYS_HOST_NAME must be set to a Virtual non-changing/static IP address resolving to either one of the hosts, whichever one is active.
1) Shutdown SharePlex on source and target
2) Run Ora_cleansp on source and target
3) Create Virtual IP with static (non-changing) IP address that resolves to either one of
the node's hostname.
4) Set SP_SYS_HOST_NAME on the cluster, set to this Virtual IP address
5) Start sp_cop with SP_SYS_HOST_NAME properly set on the cluster
6) Start sp_cop on the target system(s)
7) Activate config on the cluster
