When running ./SharePlex-6.0.1-b18-oracle92-sun-8-sparc.tpm to upgrade Shareplex 5.3 to 6.01 the following error is encountered
"ERROR: tpm: spo-check-locations: Location "/ora/orabin/splex/60_ora9i/product" must be empty for new installation"
/var/adm/Shareplex.mark file does not have the right entries for the oracle version, product directory and variable directory being upgraded.
Please make sure you have the right entries in the Shareplex.mark file for product directory, variable directory and Oracle version for the shareplex instance being upgraded. If you have the old Shareplex.mark file with this information saved, please put it back before the upgrade.
