When running the File System report on the root of a drive, random top level folders are left off of the report
Description

Running (FSR) File System Report at the root level, the folders that are missing are the ones that have only inherited permissions. If you run the FSR and manually select those same folders, they appear in the report.
Resolution
1. Select Browse.
2. Select NTFS module.
3. Select the root drive to export permissions from.
4. Right click the root drive and select Export.
5. Select desired settings, but do not check the option "Summary mode export".
6. All folders should appear in this report, including those with only inherited permissions.
