SXPGrant.exe command with scope 2 returns incorrect result
Description

Running the SXPGrant.exe command line using "scope 2" and setting the "List" permission will display "scope 3" in the results.
SXPGrant.exe /progress /perm list /scope 2 slk\administrator c:\SXPList
The permission for the Administrator account appears correct with List Folder Content permissions on the folder:
Resolution

This is expected behavior. To set the List permission, the scope needs to be scope 3 and will be automatically be set to that even if scope 2 is specified.
