Modifying permissions may remove "read and execute" permissions
Description
Modifying a permission is removing "Read and Execute". In this scenario a group has "Read and Execute" as well as a Special permission to create folders. If you grant the special permission "create files" it will add to the existing special permission "create files". The result will look like Special (CsCf) and the Read and Execute will remain. However, instead of granting the permission you modify the existing special permission to add Create Files, it will properly show the Special Permission as Special (CsCf), but the Read and Execute permission will be removed. It is worth noting that another permission (modify) does not get removed.
