Title

Splash screen appears but the console will not open
Description

When attempting to run Secure Copy for the first time, only the splash screen appears and goes away. The console never opens.
Cause

System requires Microsoft .NET 4.5.2 to be installed.
Resolution

Download and install Microsoft .NET 4.5.2. Once completed, the Secure Copy console should now open.
Note: Due to Secure Copy 7.1 requiring .NET 4.5.2, it cannot be installed on Windows 2003 as it no longer supports newer versions of .NET. Secure Copy can be installed on any other machine. It does not need to be installed on the source or target machine.
