The job dialog opens but nothing happens -
Description
Once a job is run, the copy job dialog opens but it does not show any stats. Nothing is copied and nothing appears to be running. -
Resolution
Confirm the account used to run the job has local Administrator rights, and Backup Operators rights on both the Source and Target machines.
If using the File or Folder filters, ensure they are set correctly. For example, if you have entered only certain files or folders and want to exclude them, having the filter set to Include will result in only those files and folders being included. If there are no files or folders that match what has been entered, this can result in nothing showing in the job dialog as the include option tell SC to only copy these files and folders.
