The logging sub-system for the application is running low on available space.
Logs for large copy jobs can produce very large files which require space for disk swapping between memory and the server hard drive.
Make certain that more than 20% of the space on the volume hosting the files is available.
Open Secure Copy console | Tools menu | Preferences and select 'Logging Settings' tab.
1. Change the specified logs path to a volume with more space, or
2. Copy the file path in the "Logs and Reports Repository' into Windows Explorer and delete or move existing log (.SCL) files to create space on the volume.
