Description
Virtual Exports (one-time and continuous) fail with error: "The VM export for 'AGENT' failed due to the following error: GetRecordInfoFromGuids failed with com error: 2147319779." -
Cause
The COM objects are not registered properly -
Resolution
A repair installation of the Replay Core will properly re-register the COM objects:
1. On the Replay Core, open Control Panel -> Programs and Features
2. Select Replay Core and click Change
3. Select Repair, and navigate through the wizard
