When opening MailRetriever you recieve the following error: "The trial period for this application has expired..."
1. Open Replay Admin Console and locate agent that has Exchange properties enabled.
2. Right-click on the agent and select License.
3. Click on Export and save the license to the desktop.
4. Close the License box and open MailRetriever.
5. Click on Help -> About.
6. Click on the License button.
7. Click on Import License File and browse to the file you just saved.
8. If the license has Exchange properties enabled the MailRetriever will no longer show as trial.
