"HTTP Error 500.0 - Internal Server Error" when opening Console -
Description
When opening the Remote Support Center Console a "HTTP Error 500.0 - Internal Server Error" is received.

Cause
The error detail shows this information:
"Calling LoadLibraryEx on ISAPI filter "C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\\aspnet.dll" failed".
The ISAPI filter contains an error in the path (double backslash) and must be corrected.

Resolution
To correct the path:
1. Open the Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager and click on the localhost (should be the localhost name) icon.
2. On the central panel locate IIS Section and double click on "ISAPI filters" icon.
3. Select the filter name ASP.Net_4.0_64bit notice the double backslash (\\) in its path %windir%\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\\v4.0.30319\aspnet_filter.dll this must be changed to only one backslash (\).
4. restart IIS.
