Search shows no results when searching for attachment text in PDF -
Description
When trying to search for attachment text in PDF , the search returns no results. This occurs only for the PDF files , searching the attachment text in word document, excel gives results as expected . -
Cause
The version of iFilter that is installed is not compatible with Recovery Manager for Exchange. -
Resolution
Download and Install Adobe PDF iFilter 9 from here
You should now be able to find words within attachments
