Description

When attempting to do a Forest Recovery Test or a Forest restore, the following error is provided in the Domain Controller Recovery Progress.
Resolution

One way to resolve this issue is to place the backup files on the DC.

An alter method, If the backup files are in an alternate location, other than the DC, the Backup access options section will need to be filed in with credentials that have access to the alternate location.
