Selecting 'Do not unpack backups' from the Collection properties is not effective -
Description
From the Computer Collection Properties, on the Unpacked Backups tab, selecting 'Do not unpack backups' results in both that setting as well as 'Use global settings' still enabled. Once you close the properties windows and open it again, the 'Use global settings' option is enabled and 'Do not unpack backups' is not
