When attempting to create a backup, unknown error 0XC0000005 is encountered.
This is a known issue in Recovery Manager for AD 7.0, that occurs if Recovery Manager for Exchange is installed on the same system.
To resolve the issue register the BackupManager.dll file from Recovery Manager for AD directory using regsvr32 tools.
regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Aelita\ARM for Active Directory\BackupManager.dll"
Issue to be resolved in the next release of Recovery Manager for AD.
