Error when making changes to a forest recovery project
Description

The below error may occur when making changes to a forest recovery project:

"Cannot access SQL Server instance specified for storing recovery persistence data"
Cause

The account that is logged into the RMAD-FE server does not have access to the SQL database
Resolution

Grant the account that is accessing the console DB_owner permission to the "ForestRecovery-Persistence" database.
Additional Information

If a local SQL express instance was installed with Forest Edition, by default, only the account used to install the product has access to the database. Therefore, it may be required to obtain sysadmin privilege in SQL server for another account, if the original account is no longer available.
