Running the Active Directory Users & computers MMC on the member server that RMADFE is installed on, takes several minutes to load, we then get an error message "This snap-in is not responding", with "End Now" or "Cancel" as options.
Clicking Cancel allows you to browse the OU structure. Clicking on a leaf object then has no effect for a minute. Clicking properties then gives takes a minute and so on - it makes useing the ADUC MMC unusable.

You may experience any or all of the following problems on the computer where Recovery Manager is installed without the Windows Administrative Tools Extension feature:
- The Recovery Manager functionality is unexpectedly available in the Active Directory Users and Computers tool, as if the Windows Administrative Tools Extension feature is installed.
- The Active Directory Users and Computers tool permanently crashes or stops responding.
- Slow performance of the Active Directory Users and Computers tool.
Resolution
Open internet Explorer
Go to Tools - Internet Options - Advanced - Security
Uncheck the following "Check for Publishers Certificate Revocation"
Close Internet Explorer and reopen the ADUC MMC, everything should now be OK
