You cannot create new collections using the powershell cmdlet New-RMADCollection or modify existing collections using Set-RMADCollection.
You receive the error SQL logic error or missing database no such column: t0.FallbackAccount.
This can happen after you install one of the rollup hotfixes available for RMAD.
The ZIP install file downloaded is being blocked via Windows.
- Completely uninstall Recovery Manager for Active Directory.
- Reinstall the base version of 9.0.1.
If you test again after this point, the cmdlet should be able to create collections.
- Download the latest rollup hotfix.
- Right-click the downloaded ZIP file for the rollup hotfix.
- Select Properties > In the bottom right, there should be an option to "Unblock" the file.
- Once unblocked, you can install the hotfix again.
