Trying to install or upgrade to RMAD 9.x may fail when trying to provide the credentials for the Scheduled Task Account. An error similar to the following may occur:
"Unknown user name or bad password"
Ensure the account you are trying to enter is a member of the local Administrators group, as well as the currently logged in user (account you are using to install RMAD).
Also confirm that the account you are specifying has the "Log on as a batch job" local security policy right on the RMAD server.
