The upgrade of RMAD from 8.5.2 to 8.6.3 fails and rollsback. Running the Install again with msiexec logging turned on, captures the following:
"Expection was thrown: System.IO.IOException: Access to the path 'C:\ProgramData\Quest Software\RMAD\Logs' is denied.

WORKAROUND:
1.- Check for the Following Services, Stop them, set to Manual Startup
- Microsoft Monitoring Agent
- Microsoft Monitoring Agent Audit Forwarding (SCOM 2012 with RMAD Management Pack (delivered with version 8.2) in place.)
- Quest Forest Recovery Service
