Could Not Access the Vmware vcenter Converter Server -
Description
When configuring the ADVL project, connecting to the vCenter converter fails with errors similar to the following:
"Could Not Access the Vmware vcenter Converter Server. Details: The Request Failed with HTTP Status 400:Bad Request"
OR
"Could not access the VMware vCenter Converter server. Details: The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a receive"
OR
"Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host"

Resolution
- The vConverter software must be installed using the Client-Server installation setup option
- Ensure that 'https' is selected in the project as well as the correct port (443 by default) that was selected during the vConverter setup
- Run the vConverter manually to confirm you can connect to the ESX host
- As a test try disabling SSL to rule it out as an issue:
