When processing BareMetal Recovert Active Directory Recovery, in step Run pre-recovery checks, the following error is displayed:

Restore validation failed.

or

There is no parameter or option value version

This issue could be linked to the OS of the RMAD Console host

This issue has been confirmed on OS in Korean but could also occur with other languages

Workaround

• Make sure that the RMAD Console is installed on a server with OS in English

Solution

• Engineering is aware of the issue and the BUG ID VSTS219702   has been created
