Microsoft Edge is not supported by RMAD Portal.
WORKAROUND # 1:
Use Google Chrome, or Internet Explorer.
WORKAROUND # 2:
Open Microsoft Edge and try importing settings from Internet explorer:
Settings | Import browser data | Choose what to import. From the Import From dropdown menu, select internet explorer, then click Import and restart browser.
Enhancement Request RMADFE-1372 has been submitted and is waiting for a fix in a future release of Recovery Manager for Active Directory.
