When attempting to start the Rapid Recovery Agent Service, we get the error 1068
When you look at the System Event Logs you see the following error:

WinHTTP Web Proxy Auto-Discovery Service The Quest Rapid Recovery Agent Service service depends on the WinHTTP Web Proxy Auto-Discovery Service service which failed to start because of the following error: The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it.
