On Rapid Recovery Core applying the 'No Phone Home' License key, reverts machines under Cluster protection to Trial state. Other machines are unaffected. This affects Rapid Recovery Cores upgraded to 6.2.
This has been identified as a product defect, RR-107201
This affects Core that uses a NPH type of license
This Defect will be resolved in future release of Rapid Recovery Core.
Workaround:
Converting the Cluster Node to Agent. You can do this by clicking on the “Convert to Agent” button on the Agent menu.
Once the machine is put under the Cluster and protected once again, problem reappears. You can do this by clicking on the “Convert to Cluster Node” button on the Agent menu.
Possible workaround while waiting for a fix would be to move the machine out from protection under a Cluster, perform a backup and return it back.
NOTE: Removing all machines will remove Cluster backup leaving only recovery points.
